Strategic Operations & Process Analyst

To help us take our operations to this next level, we are looking for a data-driven, process-oriented Strategic Operations & Process Analyst who understands the power behind these companies and is eager to turn insights into scalable impact.

Your role

You will be at the heart of our mission to eliminate manual, error-prone and repetitive work. Using data and process analysis, you’ll identify inefficiencies, design smarter workflows, and implement solutions that move us toward fully automated terminals. This role is not about day-to-day planning, but about strategically transforming planning and operations to the level of world-class e-commerce logistics. Only our core product is steel in every quality, size, and shape.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze operational and logistics data to detect trends, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities
• Map, redesign, and optimize core supply chain, logistics, and warehouse processes
• Recommend and help implement digital tools, automation technologies, and scalable solutions
• Work closely with the Data Analyst and the Customer Value Team to translate insights into action
• Drive implementation projects with operational teams, ensuring smooth adoption and measurable impact
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure success (e.g. error reduction, time savings, process automation rates)
• Support a culture of continuous improvement using methods like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen

What you bring

• Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in process improvement, operations analytics, or digital transformation
• Hands-on knowledge of tools like Excel, Power BI, and process mapping software; familiarity with SQL, Python/R, or WMS/TMS/ERP systems is a strong plus
• Affinity with automation, digitalization, and scalable business models (experience with e-commerce or platform-driven operations is highly valued)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to convince and align different teams
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with the drive to not only analyze but also implement
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, or supply chain optimization is a strong plus
• Availability for part-time or hybrid work
